DRC EVENTS

DRC offers free runs for anyone to attend, happening weekly on Thursdays. The meetup is next to the intersection of Dyckman and Broadway, in Inwood,, across from Tryon Public House and next to the A Train subway entrance.

Introducing the Dyckman 5K! Let’s move forward, together!

In collaboration with NYC DOT, DRC is proud to announce the Dyckman 5K on October 19, 2024! Our 5 year anniversary event!

This epic race is one of it’s kind and for the first time we will be closing down city streets as we start in @quisqueyaplazanyc and head down Dyckman St for a race of epic proportions!

Meet: 8:00am

Program Start: 9:00am

Every Registration gives you access to the following:

🎟️ - 1 race entry

👕 - Commemorative Dri-FIT event shirt

🏅 - Finisher Medals

⏰ - Official Time Results

📸 - Professional Photography

💰- Prizes for the Top 3 overall finishers

Event registrations are now available!

Pre-Race: Bib pick up will occur on 10/17/2024 between the hours of 6pm-8pm in front of Anne Loftus Playground located on Broadway & Riverside Dr, New York, NY 10040

Day of: Bib pick up will also take place the morning of the event on 10/19/24 from 7:45am to 08:30am at the race site located at Quizqueya Plaza, 247 Dyckman St., New York, NY 10034.

  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 

  • If you register more than 24 hours in advance, your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.

  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup please bring your confirmation email, either on your phone or printed, in order to be assigned a bib.

Join us as DRC join forces with Verde Vida to give back to our amazing community.

Fresh produce for everyone will be available on a first come, first serve basis until produce lasts. Please bring a bag(s) to gather fresh produce. Volunteers will share what quantities will be disseminated to ensure we can reach as many households as we can.

We look forward to welcoming you as we wrap up DRC Extravaganza week leading up to our race/run/walk of the year, tomorrow, the Dyckman 5k! Don’t forget to get your ticket(s) now! ✨
